Myra comes from a family whose core value is education. Originally from Thailand, her parents made Chicago their destination to further their education. Since she was a little girl, a natural-born Chicagoan; her family stressed to her that true freedom of mind and body comes mainly from education. In keeping with her upbringing, Myra has sought to improve her real estate skills from the start. Myra completed her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, which consists of educational and production components. Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, with a thorough understanding of foreclosure avoidance options available, especially short sales. Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, developing negotiation styles, psychology of buying, persuasion principles and planning methodology. Myra concluded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidacy, in preparation for the CCIM designation. The essential CCIM skill sets incorporate the knowledge of financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. Commercial real estate brokers nationwide hold this most recognized and esteemed CCIM designation. It is a mark of extreme competence and commitment. Concurrent with her pursuit of the CCIM, Myra attended UIC’s Liautaud Graduate School of Business, studying the principles of Urban Real Estate and Land Economics.

Myra’s skillsets extend well beyond the cognitive reach of most real estate brokers in both the residential and commercial sectors. Representing developers, business owners selling, purchasing or leasing real estate, and various investors with an affinity for statistics providing clients with financial, market, and investment analysis that is second-to-none. Performing competitive product evaluations and providing due diligence regarding the client’s purchase and investment options. She shows and demonstrates the features and benefits for each user and each property.

Myra has built a team, Indigo, that embodies residential, commercial and investment interests of real estate to incorporate the knowledge and analysis of commercial or residential acquisitions from an objective, mathematical viewpoint, determining cash-on-cash return, internal rates of return, as well as the organic growth and decline patterns of neighborhoods while identifying emerging real estate investment opportunities.
