Primarily focusing on commercial sales and leasing, specializing in the restaurant, hospitality, and the retail market. With more than 20 years working in sales, Lia believes in fostering long-term professional relationships and generating loyalty with her clients as a trusted advisor. Lia understands business objectives and supports them while achieving her client’s real estate and investment goals. She is responsible for creating astute market strategies using demographic studies and detailed market knowledge.

She’s a member of the Restaurant Business Alliance (RBA) and is a former committee member for the Commercial Forum, the commercial division of Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), where she joined many of Chicago’s top producing commercial real estate professionals. She is a member of other professional organizations as well, including Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). A proven expert at building trust and reliability, Lia works throughout the Chicagoland and Nashville areas in all counties and municipalities.
